Htc Aria Dual Boot Question? (I Am Rooted)?

I got a htc aria and i switch between cynogen mod and liberated rom on rom manger. but my question is that is there any way to dual boot windows mobile and/or ios with android what i mean is when i turn it on it asks what os i would like or have some app on the device if you cant do this than could you give me a place where i can download roms made for or compatible with the aria
