What are the chances of me being pregnant?

Ive had my period twice since we had protected but i have been feeling pretty scared about being pregnant still because i have been getting frequent back aches and headaches. Im also taking this medication for tb (tuberculosis) so that could be why. Is it even really possible for me to be pregnant right now?
