What's a nice small town/city with a slower pace of life? waterfront housing?

I love Wisconsin. Hot summers , cold winters. Best of all seasons. There is a small town quality but with big city amneties. Near the lakefront there are many outer suburbs that share the shore. Tons of summer lakefront festivals, loads of places to eat, the Catalvara Art Museum, The new Discovery World Lakefront Center, the public museum, The pabst Theater, Tons of night life and local bands. Plus theres lots of fun things to do and see in the inner suburban areas. Schools are great for any children or future children. Health care here is awesome. Schools are EXCELLENT! I cant say enought about my home town! GO BREWERS!!!
