What would happen if a man traveled twices the speed of the earth 's rotation going the oppsite way?

Einstein had a theory that if two twins that were the same age, one flew in a spaceship into space the speed of light the other on land, that the one that came back in the spaceship would be younger than the twin that was kept stationary on earth. Now my question is if a man flew the opposite direction of the earth spinning on its axis ,but twice the speed of the rotation, if he would become younger or "go back in time"?
