Do you think I can get into Temple or Penn State (main campus) with the 3.7 GPA and 1500 SAT score?

I took PSAT practice test this year and got 150, which would be something around 1500 for SAT. I am pretty sure I would score higher on the real SAT test later this year, cause I took this test first time ever and wasn't really ready. But I still want to know if I would be able to go through with at least those scores. I would also like if you will provide the information of scores for GPA and SAT required to get into TEMPLE or PENN STATE main campus colleges. Thank you. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year =)
