How can i connect my wii and my xbox to the internet?

I use a Broadxent Broadband Blaster 8012-V ADSL Modem which runs aol. i want a wireless router to connect it from the computer (2nd floor) to my wii and my xbox360 (basement) also with the possobility of connecting a laptop for around $70. before i had the xbox i got the wi-fi usb adapter for the wii. but it didn't work well. every time i used it i would have to reinstall it. I read somewhere that it did not work well with aol so i just wanna make sure that i don't have the same problem with a wireless router. Any suggestions for a router? and try not to use too much high tech language cause im only 15 =).
