How can I make this relationship work without feeling embarred?

This girl is smarter, brighter, good-looking, intellectual, beautiful, and more open-minded than me. She can outdo anything I attempt. She can do everything that I can't do. She play the piano, surf, snowboard, learn different language, more athletic, 4.0 GPA in college, going to be in higher institution (UCLA) and pretty much more interesting than me. I got no confidence in myself what so ever and I have nothing to out do her in any chance of anything. I'm not smart, not very good-looking, not very open-minded, have not so much confidence and can't do anything well. Surprisingly, there is a good chance she like me and I really like her despite her perfection. What should I do because I don't want to feel embarred if I did ever ask her out?
