I need help with chem?!?!?!?

okay so i have to write a paper, i have it all done except i need a reference from th epa [environmental protecton agency] or any environmental sites, to prove you should use lead or copper to carry hydrochloric acid between two holding tanks, but i cant find it anywhere, please help!?!? i will answer any of your q's? and give you 10 points!!!!
