Is pine bedding OK for guinea pigs?

Believe it or not pine is just fine for your guinea pigs, i have used it for 30 years and to date have not had one illness do to the bedding. As long as you keep the cage nice and clean there absolutely is no problem with pine. As you state when you have large cages like i do and several of them Carefresh is a bit out of the question.
