Need urgent reply?????????/?

as i had asked in my previous ques. that my husband was physically n mentally torturing me becoz of which i moved out n filed cases against him........now he is trying his best to compromise n calling me n telling me to give him another chance n save our maried life 4 the sake of our daughter and divoce is not an option.........his attitude has changed becoz his lawers and frens have adviced to make up with the wife or his carrier and money will be lost along with time..........he had raised his hand thrice on me when we had some heated argument and used to tell me to leave him n go n give divorce and saying this marriage is over n dead........although i always tried to save our marriage........ours is a love marriage dt too intercaste........we had some financial problems too ......he never used to bear my expenses saying i don't earn or give him anything then why am i demanding..........i don't know should i give my marriage another chance.......or is there a legal way 4 compromise so that if he repeats his behaviour the cases i filed can be opened up again........i don't trust him.........plz give thoughtful advice......the only thing prompting me 4 compromise is my 2yr old daughter
