Weight loss advice and tips? To lose weight and keep it off?

well it sounds like you have the right idea already! you should eat 5 small meals a day about 2 and a half to 3 hours between each meal. eat alot of protien! it takes longer to digest so it keeps you fuller longer. also eat lots of veggies, fruits, and whole grains. drink only water. try to stay away from things with added sugar, any thing white (bread, rice, pasta) those are good to eat as long as they are whole grain or brown. and just make sure you don't eat under 1200 calories a day, because then your body slows your metabolism and you will be more likely to binge. try to aim for thirty minutes of excersice a day then once you get it going up it to 45 minutes. i think it might be hard to lose fifty ounds in two months, but you can deffinitely do it!! good luck :)
