What's the name of this movie about a girl obsessed with an older man?

I don't remember the actors, but this movie wasn't Fear with Reese Witherspoon and Mark Wahlberg. The girl was obsessed with the guy, not the other way around. Anyways, it was an older man who was a photographer and there was a teenage girl who was infatuated with him. I think he was kind of into her at first, but then realized what he was doing was wrong and broke things off with her. She went to the police and told them that he had put his into her pajamas (but he hadn't actually done that) and her parents got a restraining order on him and he was forced to move out of his house because he lived close to her. The man's girlfriend was quite upset over this. Also, there was a scene where the teenage girl put bees into the man's darkroom while his girlfriend was in there and she had a severe allergic reaction to the stings.
