I need some mayjor help. Diet help.. will power =(?

Have you tried Weight watchers? If not, try eating 6 small meals as opposed to eating 3 big meals. Your stomach shrinks pretty quickly and it will get used to that pattern plus it will speed up your metabolism. I am a weight watchers life time member and thats why I sware by it. Also, don't eat after a certain time at night. If your hungry, just go to sleep verse eating.
