Fake W32/blaster.worm scareware help?

I got the virus a few days ago and have been searching for fixes but no luck. The worm stops .exe files and spams error messages. All the websites and guides tell me to go download something to fix it but the problem is that I cant even get online due to .exe files failing. and im on vista if tht helps (i had to use my phone to send this lol)
